The Aftermath
The war is over, all the fighting is done,
After all the killing, can we say anyone has really won,
The soldiers have returned, the survivors have come back home,
But can anyone take from their memories, what they've seen or done,
Yes the war is over, now laughter can be said,
But how can you be happy, when you can't bring back the dead.
