Spirits in Forest

I don’t regret that I’ve been in the forest alone, 

I’ve seen the spirits out there, even talked to them,

realizing that our names are our homes.

I don’t regret those days of loving walking alone 

amongst the trees and silent rays between them, 

in both their presence and absence, 

a power of having wish to walk alone, was magnetic,

a power to transform yourself into the rays, trees, 

and spirits in that forest, attracted me most,

as we all love seclusion for a little while, 

I don’t regret. The spirits are always playing the game 

when we allow them to take our breath away, 

as a passion we held above all other secrets, 

over every feeling we can share, even hope. 

I regret that I didn’t show you how beautiful you are,

how your beauty can save you from yourself, 

we all have the same secrets, that’s why we are not 

alone, that’s why I went to that forest to see myself free.
