Barbara is a Boston-born Californian and an alumna of Wellesley and Johns Hopkins Writing Seminars. She is a retired educator whose poetry remembers, celebrates, mourns, and understands. Her publications include Boston Accent, Topical Poetry, DoubleSpeak, Soul-Lit, Capsule Stories, and Writing it Real. She was awarded first place in the San Jose Library Spring into Poetry contest. SINGER, JEFFERSON
Jefferson Singer teaches psychology at Connecticut College in New London, Connecticut. He studied creative writing at Amherst College and Harvard University, working with Seamus Heaney and Robert Fitzgerald while at Harvard. Recently, he has returned to these poetry roots and is enjoying honing this craft. On OMPJ

In 2017 she studied mystic poets and fell in love with poetry’s ability to reflect the timelessness of the human condition. She began writing her own. Sharon lives in Farmington and published her first book, reflection, in 2022. On OMPJ
